Beer Kits
Often referred to as "beer kits" or "beer concentrates", the tins and pouches contain a thick liquid concentrate of malt extract and hops which form the basis of a brew. These are the refills for a standard 23L starter kit. Don't forget you'll also need your choice of brewing sugar with these in order to get an acceptable alcohol level.

Brick Road Brick Road Mosaic West Coast IPA
This golden West Coast IPA has a fresh, clean mouthfeel and medium bitterness from the hopped ale malts, followed by a delicious stonefruit, citrus finish from the Mosaic dry-hopping. This Craft Beer Kit comes complete with American Ale Yeast and Mosaic dry hop pellets. For a West Coast IPA, we recommend you add 1.5kg Light malt extract plus 1kg dextrose. For even more citrus or fruity aroma and flavour, add up to 200g of hops like Centennial, Cascade, Citra, Amarillo, Galaxy, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka. For more piney notes add Columbus or Tomohawk.

In 1862, Coopers brewery operations were located close to an area known as the Devil’s Half Acre. This rather intimidating name stemmed from the somewhat menacing people that frequented the neighbourhood. As such, it had a reputation for being a place to steer clear of at night. This devilish brew is inspired by the shady characters of the Devil’s Half Acre. As black as the sinister night, this full bodied Porter has ruby hints, delicious chocolate toffee malt character, moderate bitterness with fruity hop notes and a rich creamy head. It’s sure to bring out your dark side.
