Description

This Classic Dry Lager kit comes complete with Pacific lager yeast. This light-coloured, refreshing lager has a good malt sweetness balanced by a mild hop bitterness and a clean, dry finish to quench a real thirst. 

For a Dry Lager add 1.5kg Light malt extract or 1kg dextrose. 

For more flavour, dry-hop with 30g or more of NZ hops like Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka for a stonefruit and citrus flavours, or Australian hops like Galaxy or Vic Secret for tropical fruit flavours.
