This Classic American Porter kit comes complete with American ale yeast. This rich, malty American Porter has satisfying toasty, chocolate, toffee flavours from the roasted malts. For an American Porter add 1.5kg Dark malt extract, 1kg Dark Dry malt extract (OR 1kg dextrose). 

Finish with up to 100g of American hops like Cascade, Citra or Columbus for resiny, earthy hop aromas.
