Description
Goodziskie is a traditional polish beer brewed with 100% Oat Smoked Malt that was revived by the Polish Homebrewers Association in 2011.The beer is traditionally light in the alcohol hops and smoke at 3-3.5ABV.
It is described as a mid-strength smokey type hybrid pilsner brewed with a German Ale or Kolsch type yeast. The smoke favour is subtle unlike the German smoked beers from Bamburg and will be a great beer to drink as the nights get a bit cooler.
This beer can benefit from a bit of cold conditioning and fining as you want it as bright as possible in the glass and carbonate to 2.5 volumes (5g/L CO2)
Our all-grain kits are our own tried and tested recipes for classic and modern beer styles. Included in the kit are all the ingredients needed to make beer using a standard BIAB (Brew in a Bag) setup such as our BIAB Starter kit, or your preferred equipment such as a Grainfather. You will also need a set of scales for measuring hops.
