Who doesn't love a refreshing beverage, let alone an adult beverage? This beer was inspired by long days and warm nights, and the warm and fuzzy feeling you get on a Summer's Day.
Having done this recipe with over 7 hops, it seems the shop has settled on Riwaka being the best of the 7 so far.
The beer is balanced, not overly bitter, and an absolute citrus eruption, leading to a nearly knee wobbling smooth finish.
The chit wheat really shines in this recipe, and does, indeed, give a 'velvety' mouthfeel. But why keep reading this when you could be drinking this???

Our all-grain kits are our own tried and tested recipes for classic and modern beer styles. Included in the kit are all the ingredients needed to make beer using a standard BIAB (Brew in a Bag) setup such as our BIAB Starter kit, or your preferred equipment such as a Grainfather. You will also need a set of scales for measuring hops.
