Description
The Bohemian pils has a slightly sweet malt character with toaster biscuit-like, bready or grainy flavour. Medium hop bitterness and flavour is evident, using noble hops, especially Saaz. This style originated in Pilsen, Czech Republic. Bohemian pils are darker in colour and higher in gravity than their German counterparts, delivering a very full flavoured lager.
