This soft, light-coloured Pacific pale ale has a fresh, white-bread flavour from the wheat and ale malts, balanced by a citrus, peach and passionfruit flavours from the Galaxy hops. 

This Craft Beer Kit comes complete with American Ale Yeast and Melba dry hop pellets. 

For a Pacific Pale Ale, we recommend you add 1.5kg Light malt extract . 

To boost the Pacific fruit and citrus aromas, add up to 200g of Australian hops like Galaxy, US hops like Citra or Cascade, or NZ hops like Nelson Sauvin
