character is crisp with only a touch of roastiness. And in its bounty of flavours you’ll uncover
caramel and bitter chocolate balanced with a fresh lager yeast, making it a very
approachable beer whatever port you’re in.

Recipe contains European Lager, Light Malt Extract, Carafa III, Crystal Malt, Hallertau MF, S-23 yeast

This is a 23l recipe for our 25 litre fermentors or any other 25 litre vessel.
