Popular with artisans of the 1900’s. Add sugar and water and wait for the ‘Green Fairy’ to be unleashed. Mix this essence with 2.25 litres (4 3/4 pts) of 50% spirit and mix well. Flavours 2.25L (4 3/4 US pints). Serve by pouring over sugar cubes and add water to taste.
