Rolled Rye per kg

Rolled rye is traditionally dehulled rye which is then steamed and rolled into flat flakes under heavy rollers.

Rye adds a crisp, slightly spicey and dry aspect to your beer. Rice hulls is reccomended when using this product.

Our house rolled rye is Blue Lake Millings.
