Crystal Dark per kg

Our darkest crystal malt at around 90L.

Will lend a deep amber to red color and a full bodied, toasted/caramel like flavor to the finest Scottish and European ales.

Can be used as a substitute for “Special B”, although it’s not quite as dark so adding a little extra may be necessary.

Our house dark crystal malt is Joe White.
