Extra Pale Ale (XPA) is a recent US beer style that sits somewhere between an American Pale Ale and an Indian Pale Ale and delivers a desired hop forward experience. With pale malt character, Coopers XPA
exhibits bright citrus undertones with aromas of Grapefruit, Lemon and a hint of Mandarin.

Receipe contains Australian Pale Ale, Light Malt Extract (tin), Light Malt Extract, Crystal Grain, Simcoe and Sorachi Ace Hops 

This is a 23l receipe for our 25 litre fermentors or any other 25 litre vessel.
